You can permanently delete your Pulix account and personal data at any time, using either of the two methods below.
Your account is deleted immediately once you confirm.
If you can't access the app, email support@pulixapp.online from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and process it within 7 days.
Deleting your account permanently removes your login credentials, profile (name, email, photo, player ID), and coin balance. This cannot be undone.
Records of past recharge and withdrawal requests (including payment-proof screenshots) may be retained for a limited period after deletion, as required for fraud prevention, financial record-keeping, and legal compliance. This data is not used for any other purpose and is not linked to an active account.
