We collect the information you provide directly — your name, email, an optional profile photo, and payment-proof screenshots submitted with recharge requests — along with a device push-notification token and basic device/usage data to keep the app secure.
Your information is used to operate your account, manually verify recharge payments, process withdrawals, credit referral bonuses, send push notifications you've opted into, prevent fraud, and improve the app experience. We do not sell your personal data.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Pulix runs on Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, image storage, push notifications, and server-side logic. We may also share limited data with payment processors and analytics providers strictly to operate and improve Pulix.
You can update your profile information and photo, and turn push notifications or game sounds on or off, at any time from Settings — or request account deletion, which permanently removes your data.
